Spin of life

is a metaphysical idea; seizing the velocity and different degrees of light as the representation of life. Blur of speed, color intensity, stillness of dark... the images are strong and subtle at the same time, illustrating abstractly yet graspingly the concept behind them.

At the center of this series is life, a subject that inspires awe to the artist which she explores through different approaches. Here she questions the feel of it and how it moves us... Intense, huge, dark, gracious, bitter, luminous, fierce, quiet, generous, ambiguous, cruel, vivid, pleasurable, surreal, unfair, meaningful, still; there is so much to expect from life yet never knowing what.
